Energy harvesting and storage materials (polymer, composite, super-capacitor). Phase transitions and structural characterizations. Microwave and milimeterwave dielectrics. Nanostructure, size effects and characterizations. Engineering dielectrics for high voltage applications (insulation, electrical breakdown). Modeling (microstructure evolution and microstructure-property relationships, multiscale modeling of dielectrics).
