We will publish papers that report the latest basic research and clinical developments, with particular (but not exclusive) emphasis on the following topics: 1) Clinical issues of groin hernias, ventral/incisional hernias, parastomal hernias, internal hernias, and defects of diaphragm and perineum 2) Advancement of techniques, concepts, materials and equipment in hernia repair 3) Prevention and treatment of complications following hernia repair 4) Treatment of infection, tumor and trauma of the abdominal wall 5) Reconstruction of the abdominal wall, cosmetic and plastic surgery in abdominal wall.
